”Reconstruction of  Memories”

When I was a child, I oft broke my bones.

This is because  I have a genetic disorder; Osteogenesis imperfecta (Type I).

Through these experiences, today I think that a body is a fragile object.

Furthermore, I have the feeling that my body is not myself.

I feel a certain discrepancy in my body.

“Reconstruction” is the main concept of my artworks, and this concept comes from the above experiences.

I create my artworks using the method of collage in order to express the discrepancy between body and mind.
